As we continue through another holiday season, it is always nice to take a quick moment to reflect back on the year, and what a year it was. For us here at vAAirlines, it has been one filled with new members, new destinations, and new excitement as we get ready to move into a new year which will be filled with some pretty cool technology advancements, updated UI and pilot center, as well as overall operational efficiency (more on these elements will be announced soon)! Exactly one year ago today we had 157 members, 4,081 flights, and 9,265 hours. Our updated stats now have us with 242 members, 5,755 flights, and 12,890 flight hours completed! Give yourselves a pat on the back for this growth as it is your social media posting, word of mouth, and network flying with the link in our comments which help us continue to grow and continue to open avenues for us in terms of future development to be able to make the immersion level rise for you all.
With our continued growth we do need some extra help around the virtual headquarters and would like to invite you to take a look through the current staff positions that we have open to see if you would fit the description for any of them! If you have any questions about any of the positions feel free to reach out to any of the current staff members on Discord or by directly emailing us at our emails listed on the staff page of the website.
Finally I would like to announce that we will officially be CAT FREE beginning now until January 9, 2023 at 2359 Central Time. For those who are new, this means you may fly any aircraft in the fleet regardless of your current category! Please keep in mind that all other portions of the SOPPHB do remain in effect (fleet substitutions, liveries, etc). Whether your home is close to one of our bases or somewhere out on the globe, we welcome you to fly home for the holidays across our entire route network.

On behalf of the entire Executive Staff Team I wish you and your family a happy holiday season with nothing but great blessings, health, and prosperity moving into the new year.
